- Android 4.0 or later, running Chrome.

I am experiencing performance issues, what can I do?
- Close any unnecessary applications on your computer: if too many applications are running at the same time, your computer speed and connection to the internet could be compromised, which can affect your viewing experience.
- Open a new internet browser window and keep the number of tabs to a minimum: if your browser has been open for a long time, or if you have lots of different tabs open, your computer speed may be compromised.
- Conserve your bandwidth: limit or turn off any unnecessary internet connections to help reduce overall bandwidth consumption within your network environment. The video stream adapts to the available bandwidth, so the stream quality may improve if you turn off other devices.
- Check the configuration of your company's network: certain firewall configurations can prevent the communication features within the virtual platform from functioning properly. Please contact your network controller if you suspect this might be the case.
I am experiencing buffering:
- Check your internet connection in the first instance.
- If you are using a PC or laptop, you can amend the stream quality. To do this, hover over the video player box until a black banner appears at the bottom. Then click on the cog icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the video player box. You will then be able to select between the following streaming qualities: auto, low, standard or high.
- If you are using a tablet or mobile phone and experiencing buffering, please refresh your webpage.
- To remain in sync with the live event, please refresh the webpage instead of using the play/pause buttons.
I am having trouble hearing the audio:
- Ensure that the sound levels on your device are not on mute and set to a comfortable volume. Check that your device is not connected to a Bluetooth or similar device that does not have power. If you are using external speakers, please ensure that the power is on and the sound is set to a comfortable volume.
I am having trouble seeing the video:
- If you are using an Android device, Apple iPad or iPhone you will need to click on the media play button to start watching the live stream. Android and Apple iOS devices do not permit streams to begin automatically.
How can I make the video player box bigger?
- Maximise your webpage and close down any other internet browser windows.
- If you are using a PC or Mac, please ensure that your browser zoom level is set to 100% for optimal viewing.
- You can watch the event in full-screen mode. To do this, hover over the video player box until a banner appears at the bottom. Click on the open square icon in the bottom right-hand corner. To exit full-screen mode, press the ‘Escape’ button on your keyboard or swipe downwards from the top of your screen.
